Cat Café Rules
All vistors must sign a release form.
Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult present in the Cat Lounge. One adult per two children is required.
One infant (under 1 year) per paying adult is permitted for free.
Minors (under 18) must have an adult sign a waiver on their behalf.
In the case of an emergency, please immediately alert cafe staff or a volunteer for assistance.
No loud noises. Cats are quiet creatures, and appreciate a calm atmosphere.
No running.
Be Gentle.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you enter the cat lounge.
Do not chase the cats or pull their tails.
Do not climb on any part of the furniture.
Please be aware of the cats around the doors when entering and exiting the lounge. They’re sneaky.
Do not pick up the cats, let them come to you. All cats are different, and some do not like being picked up or carried.
If a cat is hiding, let it hide.
You may pet a sleeping cat but please do not wake them to engage in play. Our cats are friendly and enjoy spending time with humans, but they also love their sleep…just like us!
Be cautious when petting the cats. Keep your petting to the cat’s head and upper body in short intervals. Refrain from touching their stomach no matter what they tell you!
Do not disturb cats if they are eating.
Do not share your drink or snacks with the cats.
Above all, please use common sense. Guests not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave for the safety of our cats.
Take lots of pictures! But please no flash.
Have fun and enjoy our lovable felines!!
Cats are cats and we cannot control everything they do. While following the rules may help to limit negative behaviors, we cannot be liable for things that may result from interacting with a cat.
